Overview
This is a 100% remote, Vice President Marketing Opportunity. You will be responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives; using market research and analysis to contribute to the design of the marketing strategy and planning, overseeing the production of promotional materials and marketing campaigns to help drive the company’s strategy.
What will you be doing:
- Lead the Marketing team by providing guidance, training, mentorship, setting goals, creating marketing plans and building individual capabilities
- Provide in-depth information to clients, and act as a representative for the marketing department in important potential customer meetings
- Establish marketing goals based on previous performance and market forecasts
- Oversees current offerings and produce initiatives for new products or services
- Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor services, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Work with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
- Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
- Communicate with media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help deliver marketing projects
- Work to the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service.
- Track goals and report marketing results on a monthly and quarterly basis
- coordinate with Sales on lead generation
- Coach marketing people, ensuring they are provided with the necessary training to fulfil their role
What is required
- MBA/ Bachelor level degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 12years of experience in Marketing with multinational company
- 7years of experience in successfully leading and motivating teams as well as managing cross-functional teams
- The ability to work 100% remotely from your own home office.
